Dyno Testing

Dyno tests were performed under strict controlled conditions on a Dyno Dynamics machine in order to show a true and realistic result. Directly inline with the on-road driving experience and a very realistic result. Engine produces more torque initially which is directly related to the improved flow characteristics of the inlet tube allowing the turbo to spool up faster. No gain expected in the midrange as the stock intake system flows enough in this region. After 4900rpm the power gain increases all the way to redline. It’s important to point out that fabricated dyno graphs tend to show a similar dyno curve shape but just higher across the rpm range. Here we can see the two graphs are almost exactly the same from 2800-4900rpm and the gains are at the higher rpm where the stock system becomes a restriction. These are wheel horsepower results. Flywheel estimation would be a realistic + 16-18HP.
